Well done Rangers!! Inverness CT 0-2 Rangers

Important win. There were only three points. Were some signs that show the positive changes that occur in our team. First the return of Jamie Ness, man of the match by far! Ness was outstanding. It´s amazing, it looked like Ness was playing his 300 appearances for the club, looked like a veteran of a thousand battles. Although very young is quality, not lose the ball easily, stands well on the field, makes the relay perfectly. At times, he stood before the defenders and initiated the moves or repelled the attacks. I think it´s one of the biggest boosters for this season. Good to have him back. Imagine a midfield: Ness, Davis and McKay (if he receives a work permit). There will be imagination and quality.

What became clear is that no surprise to McCulloch. Sorry to say because every player who wears this shirt prestigious deserve my respect but may not like its performance and features. I remember on this subject, wrote a commentary on the blog, Neil Black, who on Twitter know as @nealb84. Edu had a good performance in Highlands. I think Super-Ally looks at new ways to use other players in the midfield. Therefore, the arrival of McKay comes to meet those conditions. I was watching the game Australia against Wales. Matt´s performace was excellent, a player who gives the team, makes the corners is quite discipline with the ball, and, above all, has power. From my point of view, a player we needed.

Second, the team was fairly even. They tried to leave nothing to chance. Sometimes the control of the possession of the ball, the game back to McGregor to restart the play. That was a very marked feature in the first half. And again, something that I particularly do not like much. Excessive pitch and lack of power to break the opponent.

Another factor to note about the game is defence. Goian and Bartley are putting together an impenetrable wall. The Romanian defender is emerging as a mainstay. Although sometimes pulling out from the bottom balls, took the ball and left it with excellence from the bottom. Kyle Bartley, injury, is a concern ahead of Thursday´s Europa League play-off tie first leg against Maribor in Slovenia.

Touching on some important points again. A lot of Bears might not care to hear some of your points but I applaud your honesty. To go to the highlands and take 3 points with an average team performance, saying that a good second half again, I can only get excited about a fully fit and settled 1st eleven. With arrivals to follow and competition for places heating up can only suggest better performances and players fighting for jersey. I hear there is up rest amongst some players who have had interest shown in them and are now more likely to leave with no garranteed first team football. Ally needs to retain these players for the above reason regarding fighting for the jersey!!

Ness unbelievable talent, next Barry Ferguson for the club!!
