Delighted. Best performance so far from Gers this season

Really enjoying this season!! By far, today was the best performance of the season, 3-0 against the Steelman at Fir Park (Steven Naismith, Kyle Lafferty and Gregg Wylde scored the goals which saw off Motherwell, who had not conceded an SPL goal before Rangers´visit), still some tweaks to the team to take flight. Excellent attacking play and a vital 3 points, especially with the great victory 0-1 of St.Johnstone! Rangers took effort, desire and skill, with some great football. Much better Rangers, especially with an inexperienced defence. Goian and Perry looked pretty comfy.

I was pleasantly surprised to see changes in the line-up early in the morning (the match in Argentina began at ). I agree with the other fans on the latest performances by Edy and McCulloch.

But the day was the younger boys. Perry, McMillan (should hold the regular right-back from no won) and Wylde superb!!! This is a great success of coisty. Provide an opportunity for young people, relaunched the competition for a place in the first team. What else I can ask! Only short game accuracy of Jamie Ness.

Gregg Wylde was selected for the left midfield role. Wylde combines two essential features, has control of the ball and exploit their speed. At times, in Fir Park reminded me of Marc Overmars while playing for Ajax or Arsenal. Gregg scored his first senior goal, his goal was a thinf of beauty.

Debts. Within the nuances of an outstanding performance, I worry that when we attack, we retreat, do not press, we let the ball instead and everything is left to chance or errot of rival auction end. Say, someone to do the dirty work.  Someone press and then recovers the ball to begin an attack or distribute passes to the sides. Sometimes not enogh ability to play Davis, which is excellent. In the match against Motherwell, Naismith is no ball retriever is a strong player who takes the ball and attack. McCulloch probably have done the dirty work in the past.

Great to see Kyle back scoring important goals at the non-business end of the year!! Gregg W we have said since start of the season should have started!! McCoist has shown real guts using a formation which would be expected to be seen at ibrox and not nessasarily in an away game, against a inform top of the league Well team. Solid performances from the two defenders getting there first starts in the SPL, congrats to them! Whittaker should be worried right now but hopefully this will turn his season for the better and we will start seeing performances we know he can deliver, if he gets back in the team! Rangers have shown attack is the best form of defence this weekend and this momentum should be carried over into Thursday night!
On a looking ahead note, I'd like to know what your thoughts on bringing in another striker are! Jelavic's imminent departure at the end of the season, excluding what I'm guessing will not be the only time he will be in demand, January transfer window, do you think Whyte needs to dig deep to bring a good quality forward to settle in the league before stepping up as lead man next year or worry about it next summer???

Neal first of all thanks for writing on the blog, your contributions are important. And thanks to vindicate the performance of Kyle Lafferty at Fir Park. With the maelstrom of the match and some personal issues, I missed the return of Kyle after the hernia operation. I always celebrated his inclusion in the starting eleven. I always short, even though some question it.
Neal remember the game against Kilmarnock on the last day of last season. I saw the consecration as he thought. Wylde has to play there, the left holder. You have to use their speed to maximum. I was a little disappointed when I saw it was Ortiz who played in that position.
I agree with you, the defense is solid. Imagine, if we add to this defense Bartley would be brillant. I think that Whittaker can still see the game from the bench.
By the end of last season went a rumor in the press about the possible signing of Jelavic by Manchester United but the did not succeed. The team needs to classic center-forward, effective as Nikica nodded. I think the team now has no alternative for him. Healy could eventually play, but it has the same features, has no continuity in the context of the the team is not among the priorities of Ally. At least that was until now. Same with Beattie, if is unclear who is to be taken into account. I think all that future coisty bet with the arrival of Israeli Hemed or Goodwillie. They could play the season as alternates for Jela, then make the jump to ownership.

Thank you, Friend.
